5 tsp of Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp salt
2 cups warm water (105 degrees)
4 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of onion powder
2 tbsp of Italian spices

cornmeal (for bottom of pan)

2 cups water at about 105 degrees
I use hot tap water

Add Yeast to water

Until Dissolved

Add Salt, Canola Oil, 1/3 of the flour
mix to combine

Add Italian Spices, Garlic and Onion Powder

Mix it up (until combined)

Add the rest of the flour, combine.

Pour onto floured surface

Form into ball for kneading

Kneading in action
About 4 to 6 minutes
Grease a bowl
Put kneaded dough in bowl,
roll around to grease all sides.

Rise for 1/2 hr or longer
generally till double

Prepare Pan by sprinkling corn meal
this prevents sticking to pan
Pan is ungreased

This is my pepperoni of choice right now

Sauce is crushed tomatoes
Toppings
Sliced Pepperoni, Parmasan Cheese, Shredded Mozzerella
and sliced mozzerella for stuffed crust

Sliced Mushrooms
(if you like)

sautée Onions and Mushrooms
Just my preference some people don't sautée

After dough is punched down, form a bit to cut in half
As I am making two pizzas

Now is the time to turn the oven on
Pre-heat to 500 degrees F

put dough on floured surface
Use rolling pin to flatten
roll to about the size of the pan being used

Spread dough as necessary

Cheese chunks placed for stuffed crust part

Folding dough over to seal

Toppings on pizza, prior to cheese

Cheese covered
Topping Addition
Part of the right pizza
has fresh Sliced tomatoes and peppers

Bake in top rack of oven for 8 minutes
(at 500 degrees F)
then Two minutes on broil for the top
I use the near top rack or I find the bottom of the pizza burns
it is what works best for me
Ta Da!

Loving it!
